Yes, there will be a limited selection of plant-based options, although we recommend that you bring a reasonable amount of your own preferred nutrition for any specific dietary needs.
The race is organised by over 50 volunteers and if you are looking to volunteer to learn more about the trail running community, run a runner in the race and want to spend some time helping out, please see the volunteers link on the home page.
Parking is available within walking distance of the start of the race but we strongly recommend you to use public transportation (see Transport section on homepage).

You can check your registration application at any time with the registration number indicated in the confirmation e-mail you received.
You can transfer your bib to another competitor up until April 10th. You or the new owner of the BIB will have to pay a small extra fee.
On-site registration is not allowed for trail running events. Ensure you register before online registration closes on April 19th.
Once the registrations are closed, it is no longer possible to obtain a number. The maximum capacity has been reached. There is no waiting list, even in case of cancellation.
No, but with a small extra fee you can change the name of the participant.
Yes, as long as you can provide the following:
1. Their bib number
2. Their proof of identity (copy or original)
Yes, it is the only place you can.
No. All race numbers must be collected in person either the day before the race or on race day.
Yes. Each runner can leave their personal belongings in their own bag at the race departure area. The bag must hold the sticker provided with the race bib.
Bags can be retrieved near the race arrival area until 10.00 pm the day of the race.
Your finisher certificate will be available on the results page of our website a few days after the race.
Yes, professional photographers will cover the event and the photos will be posted online after the event.
Your race number with timing chip, medal or finisher's gift, t-shirt, food and refreshments at the refreshment stations and at the finish.

The EcoTrail® Copenhagen requires runner to be semi-autonomous. Assistance is only allowed at aid stations.
